| Dramatically improves your body’s tone. Cellulite
treatment begins with an invigorating exfoliation followed by
your choice of mud, seaweed, or herbal wrap. The treatment helps
the
body rid itself of cellulite through active stimulation of the
circulation and lymphatic systems. It helps break up fat deposits
that can
be flushed out of the body. A series of 6-12 bi weekly treatments
will offer the optimum results. Clients must put forth a concerted
effort to follow at home instructions. Avoid alcohol, salty,
and spicy foods. Drink a minimum of 12 to 14 eight ounces of
water
daily. Exercise is also important. Dry brushing and use of cellulite
